Save the date for Young Adult Cancer Gabfest 2023, which will be held this year from December 4 – 8! Our theme this year is “Building the Young Adult Cancer Roadtrip: Your Map for Survivorship.”
YA Cancer Gabfest is an experience like no other, presented by Cactus Cancer Society and Elephants and Tea Magazine. Beginning on December 4th, we invite you to a week of interactive survivorship crash courses for facing cancer, to share, explore, and learn as we interact together around the common paths of young adult cancer. You are the expert in your own care, so along with experts in the field, Gabfest combines and elevates the individual voices of the young adult cancer community. Gabfest is open to young adult cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers along with the researchers, healthcare providers, and nonprofit professionals who care for them. If you’re affected by or work in the field of young adult cancer, this event is for you! Use what you learn to build your own roadmap, navigating the twists and detours of young adult cancer survivorship.
