Discover the power of words as a creative coping tool with Journaling with Jean. These programs invite young adult cancer patients, survivors, co-survivors, and caregivers to use journaling to process, reflect, and reconnect. Each session offers a safe space to pause, breathe, and explore what is on your mind. You do not need to be a writer. Just bring yourself, your pen, and an open heart.
Why Journaling?
Journaling programs are not about perfect sentences or polished stories. They are about grounding yourself in the present, exploring your emotions, and finding community amidst the uncertainty of young adult cancer. With Jean’s warmth and expertise, you will have the opportunity to discover how writing can become a companion for healing, clarity, and resilience.
