This year, YA Cancer Gabfest 2026 is putting you in the pilot’s seat. From December 7–11, we’re bringing together young adult cancer patients, survivors, caregivers, and the professionals who support them for a week of connection, conversation, and real-world wisdom for navigating life with and beyond cancer.
Think of it as your mission control for young adult cancer. Throughout the week, you’ll find interactive sessions, crash courses, honest conversations, and heartfelt stories from across the YA cancer community—all designed to give you new tools, perspectives, and connections for whatever part of the journey you’re on.
Because cancer doesn’t come with a flight plan. Sometimes you need a map. Sometimes you need a co-pilot. Sometimes you just need someone who understands what it’s like to be in the same orbit.
Whether you’re the one in the treatment chair, the one holding the clipboard, or the one holding a hand—you’re part of this mission. And your voice matters.

YA Cancer Gabfest is open to young adult cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers, along with researchers, healthcare providers, and nonprofit professionals who support them. If young adult cancer touches your life in any way, this event is for you!
