30 Minute Tune Up: Oodles of Thoughts Edition – October 27

We’re excited to present 30 Minute Tune Up: Oodles of Thoughts Edition!

We know you all love Jean Rowe, but even fairy godmothers sometimes step away from their desks!  While our normal facilitator is away, we’re going to have a sub!  Same crowd, same time, same length.

Throughout the month of October, we’ll be combining our fun art workshop environment with our popular journaling techniques and give participants a chance to respond to a prompt in whichever medium speaks to them most: drawing or writing.  Like the other programs we offer, there will be an opportunity for participant sharing in a nurturing, supportive, and safe environment among peers.

Come join other young adults facing cancer (young adult cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers all welcome) and get tuned up for another week.  You are welcome to drop in once or come as often as you like.  Bring paper, pens, crayons, pencils, or markers!  Sign up below to receive the zoom link!

Where: Online video chat.  We’ll send you more information about joining after you sign up.  If you’ve been to 30 Minute Tune Up before, we’ll be using the same Zoom link as always!

What You Need: Please have headphones with a microphone and a webcam. Make sure to bring whatever you need to respond to a prompt: paper, pens, crayons, pencils, or markers!

Who: Young adult cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers.

When: Thursdays, 9:30-10:00am PT / 11:30am-12:00pm CT / 12:30-1:00pm ET.  Please be on time.

**This is part of a structured journal writing program. Nothing in this program constitutes psychotherapy, nor does it establish a therapist-client relationship.**

In this program, we will combine our fun art workshop environment with our popular writing techniques from Unspoken Ink and give participants a chance to respond to prompts with what speaks to them most, either drawing or writing.
