Join our newest program initiative, The Guys Discussion Group! Led by LCSW Dennis Heffern, each month we’ll hear from a different community member on a certain topic with a chance for open discussion at the end. In this guys-only program, we’ll shoot the breeze with men of all young adult cancer experiences. Nothing is off the table. You won’t want to miss it!
This month we’ll hear from JonPaul Hills!
JonPaul was born and raised in western Michigan, where he lived until moving to New York City to attend the Joffrey Ballet School. From here he went on to dance with Nashville Ballet II, before eventually landing in Denver, Colorado. Being diagnosed with Testicular Cancer in June of 2020, he was forced to step away from the world of professional dance. Through his cancer journey, he has found a new appreciation for life and has realized many new passions and motives for his everyday life.Â

Fun Fact about yourself: I love fly fishing! Luckily I’m in Colorado, where there’s more than a few good places to enjoy the river, and maybe reel in a monster trout while I’m at it!
