There are so many questions that come with a cancer diagnosis: what is recommended by licensed professionals, how others have dealt with the same issues, and the questions we can feel self-conscious asking. We hear you and we have been there, too! At Cactus Cancer Society we strive to create a community of inclusion, authenticity, and shared experience.
Introducing: Ask a Cactus!
In this brand-new program, you’ll be able to get your questions answered. Each month, we’ll have a new topic and a new expert to ask. These experts will include licensed professionals, healthcare providers, and patients like you – because patients are experts in their own experiences!
We’ll introduce our expert on our social media channels along with the topic they will be discussing. We’ll take questions from you and share them anonymously with our expert. They’ll take the time to answer them, and we will share their response with our entire community. Remember, no question is too small or unimportant. It’s likely that if you have you have a question, other folks in our community do as well!
