It’s been an odd year, hasn’t it? A year of waiting and hope. A year of hiding and fear. My cancer came back this year. Maybe yours did too or maybe you’ve been newly diagnosed or maybe you reached a really exciting cancer-milestone.
This year, we got a new name, a new full-time team member, hosted Gabfest for the 2nd time, had plans canceled or delayed to see some of you in person. And so instead, we continued to do what we’ve been doing for years…meeting you all online as best we can and offering a variety of online opportunities for connection and community. We promise to keep on doing that.
Here’s to a very happy end of 2021. Here’s to a new year of possibilities, of rebuilding and rebirth. I personally wish you all a very happy new year, 2022.
