Throughout the week of December 6th, we invite you to share, explore, and learn as we interact together. You are the expert in your own care, so along with experts in the field, Gabfest combines and elevates the individual voices of the young adult cancer community. Gabfest is open to young adult cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers along with the healthcare providers and nonprofit professionals who care for them. If you’re affected by or work in the field of young adult cancer, this event is for you!

Emerging Voices
In addition to registering for and attending the event, this year we’re hosting a storytelling event called Emerging Voices. Interested in young adult cancer? Have a personal or advocacy story to tell? Submit a 1-minute video for a chance to give an 8-minute, storytelling monologue (in the style of the Moth) live at Gabfest.
Themes you can choose from: resilience, finding your young adult cancer voice, using your young adult cancer voice, caregiving, thriving with/after young adult cancer, sexuality and young adult cancer, your ideal young adult cancer crash course, or innovations in young adult cancer care/treatment/science/advocacy.
