On Tuesday I woke up not feeling well. My husband reminded me of a meeting I had about 2 hours before it occurred and I cannot describe to you how much I did not want to get out of the house. I didn’t feel well (did I say that already?), I still felt very much like I needed a vacation from my vacation, and motivation seemed to be hovering out of reach. But the meeting was an important one and I had been looking forward to it (before going on vacation and losing all sense of time of course).
So I took a shower, got dressed, added a bit of make up, kissed my husband and our pups, and left the house.
And I felt so much better.
So, moral of the story: Sometimes you need to get back into bed. And sometimes you just need to take a shower.
