RSVP: An Invitation to Shift Into Living

You are surviving. It’s about getting through the day.  Appointments, cooking, insurance phone calls…  But how might it feel to shift from a place of just surviving to actually living?

What might bring a sense of curiosity, willingness – and dare we say it – adventure to finding out?  It’s not an overnight process. It takes time, and none of us are in the same place. Sound scary? Sound impossible?

Cactus Cancer Society is pleased to present RSVP: An Invitation to Shift Into Living.  Join our beloved Jean Rowe, LCSW, OSW-C, CJT** for a 4 week journaling workshop to explore ideas of choosing to live with humor, forgiveness, gratitude, and self-love.

Who: Young adult cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers between the ages of 18 and 45.

Where: Online video chat. We’ll send you more information about joining after you register. Please have a microphone headset and a webcam.

When: Check out the right-hand side bar for the next scheduled session.
