January Inner Canvas: The Threshold ✨🪞📓

New year, new vibes, new creative chaos. The Threshold kicks off our January Inner Canvas session. At this monthly drop-in, we blend all the good stuff: guided journaling, expressive art, reflection prompts, mixed-media play, and whatever your creative brain is craving that day.

Young adult survivors know what it means to live in the in-between. Between treatment and recovery. Between fear and hope. Between who you were then and who you’re becoming now. This workshop creates intentional space to stand in that symbolic doorway and imagine your next chapter with clarity, courage, and community.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • A guided visualization to help you “step into” your personal threshold

  • Journaling prompts that explore what you’re ready to release and what you want to welcome

  • Doodling + sketching exercises to turn feelings into shapes, symbols, and stories

  • A warm, zero-pressure space for group reflection with YA peers who get it

  • Simple creative intention-setting you can carry into the rest of the year

No art skills needed. Truly. Just bring your curiosity, your creative spark, and something to draw or write with.
