May 2022 Programs!

Looking for a way to relax? Join Angie Giallourakis (aka Mamma G) as she leads us in a monthly guided yoga Nidra meditation class. This program is in partnership with Elephants and Tea.

Monday, May 2 @ 5:00-6:30pm PT / 7:00-8:30pm CT / 8:00-9:30pm ET

Join the young adult cancer communities of Dear Jack Foundation, Elephants and Tea, and Cactus Cancer Society during our month-long, Mind, Body, and Soul wellness series for an opportunity to connect, grow, and stretch!  We will be offering weekly, 90-minute sessions to help enhance the mind, body, and spirit and provide a chance to break down some of the isolation we’ve all been experiencing over the last few years.  Whether you are a seasoned yogi, meditator, doodle/journal genius, or a newbie to the world of mind and body care, come and try something new in a safe, fun, and encouraging environment – your own home!

Using journal techniques and cultivating an action plan for self-care, in 6 weeks you will have the opportunity to emerge from the water renewed, informed, and ready to reconnect. Join other young cancer survivors (women only) who understand what you’ve gone through while learning how to reconnect, welcoming a compassionate understanding of your body now, and creating ways to open your heart to intimate opportunities after cancer.
