Our Late Fall cohort of our popular Survivorship Series has a few more spots remaining!
Not familiar with our Survivorship Series? You’ll get the best of our Cactus Cancer Society programming, all with the comfort of hanging the same group of young adults facing cancer each week.
Together, 25 young adults facing cancer (patients and survivors alike) will go through an 8-week, online program experience where you’ll hit the highlights of our workshops! You’ll form a tight-knit community and each week, you’ll take part in a different 2-hour program with the same group of young adults moving together through the series.
After our in-person workshops, you’ll have access to a private social media group for your cohort of 25 young adults where you can connect and communicate. Please note, when you sign up you are committing to take part in all 8 weeks.

Shh: Can You Keep a Secret?
Can you keep a secret? We can – and we welcome them!
Everyone keeps secrets. We file some things away to keep as a secret: a white lie, a way to protect other people, or even a way to protect ourselves. But when those secrets are brought to the light: we can feel a lot less alone.
Cactus Cancer Society is proud to announce the introduction of our newest program, Cancer Secrets. Have something you want to anonymously celebrate? A thought you need to get off your chest? Send it on to us! Grab a postcard or make one, containing your secret, and send it to the following address:
Cancer Secrets
PO Box 282
Bordentown, NJ 08505
We’ll share a collection of them on social media so others can reflect, respond, and connect with your secrets – because no one understands more than prickly pals. Whether you’re a patient, survivor, or a caregiver, there’s a place for you to share the secret parts of yourself.
Some secrets are too heavy to carry, even when shared on a postcard. If you are having thoughts of self-harm, need mental health-related crisis support, or if you are worried about someone else:Â call or text 988 to connect with a trained crisis counselor in the United States and Canada. For all other countries, please click here to find the best resource for your location.
