Join The Masquerade Mask Workshop

Join Lacuna Loft for one more unique workshop experience!  This fall Lacuna Loft will be hosting our Masquerade on the Moon Gala. This is your last workshop opportunity to give back!  Spark your creativity and craft a one of a kind masquerade mask with other young adult cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers.  We’ll send you what you need.  Aerial will help you brainstorm different ideas and you can hang out while getting creative with other young adult cancer survivors and caregivers!

After the workshop, put your one of a kind masquerade masterpiece in your provided envelope and ship it back to us!  You get to keep the supplies!  Your mask will be an integral part of this year’s gala theme and we’ll proudly sell them at the door to gala attendees. All proceeds will benefit Lacuna Loft.  New this year: return shipping reimbursement!*

Lacuna Loft’s online Polymer Clay Vessel Workshop is the 11th in our #LetsMakeStuff @LacunaLoft series of online Creative Art Workshops!

This workshop is designed to teach you the basics of making a vessel out of polymer clay. If you’ve never done this before, you’re in luck! Vanessa will go step-by-step through everything! If you love clay and you’re a real pro already, no problem! While some of the tutorial will be more than you need, the rest of the time spent making and being artsy with other young adult cancer peers will be totally worth it. In this workshop, you’ll learn some basic skills of working with polymer clay, how to bake it, and painting your completed piece. We will make a unique piece together and with the skills you’ll learn, you can then move onto making just about anything out of polymer clay!

Who:  15 young adult cancer survivors and caregivers.

Welcome to Lacuna Loft’s online Paper Flowers Workshop, the 10th in our #LetsMakeStuff @LacunaLoft series of online workshops!

Learn how to take ordinary coffee filters and turn them into paper flowers without the pollen! Aerial will walk you through step by step as you cut, form and paint paper into roses. The process is fun and easy, which you can do while socializing with other workshop attendees.

When: Wednesday, April 26th @ 5-7 pm PT / 7-9 pm CT / 8-10 pm ET via video chat.

This workshop is designed to teach you the basics of watercolor.  If you’ve never done this before, you’re in luck!  Aerial will go step-by-step through everything!  If you love watercolor and you’re a real pro already, no problem!  Make some cityscape watercolor notecards! Combine simple drawing with basic watercolor paint to create whimsical cards to send to your friends! No experience necessary to be creative and chat while working on one of the kind stationery!

A DIY bullet journal, start from a blank journal to what will be a great, personalized tool for a fresh start in 2018!

This workshop is designed to get you started with your very own DIY Bullet Journal.  If you’ve never done this before, you’re in luck! This workshop is designed to teach you the basics of making a yarn wreath.  If you’ve never done this before, you’re in luck! Mallory will go step-by-step through everything!  If you love crafting and you’re a real pro already, no problem!  While some of the tutorial will be more than you need, the rest of the time spent crafting and being artsy with other young adult cancer peers will be totally worth it.  In this workshop, you’ll learn an easy yarn wreath craft…unlike our other workshops, this DIY is super simple so we’ll spend most of the time hanging out and having a cozy winter evening together!

This workshop is designed to teach you the basics of embroidery stitches.  If you’ve never done this before, you’re in luck!
